Our Awards
In 2017 we attended the Britain in Bloom awards at Southport, the awards are held in October over three days. Heywood in Bloom received 23 awards, 8 being Gold Standard. Heywood as a whole received Gold the town centre was also awarded Gold. TOPS Business Centre our headquarters was a Gold Standard along with Queen's Park, Crown Oil, Goldrick Window Blinds, Phoenix Brewery and Pilsworth Industrial Park. Hopwood Park entered as a small park and received a Silver Gilt.
Sponsorship
We are now offering local businesses the opportunity to sponsor some of our planters. We have a number of planters around Heywood which we are adding to each year. There are three tiered planters and large tubs which can be sponsored for varying amounts contact us for further information.
Gardening Competition
Are you a keen gardener or maybe you would like to become a gardener. We run a yearly competition throughout the summer. To enter all you have to do is contact us with your details and we will give you a time and date for our visit. There will be a First Second and Third prize. Each entry will receive a certificate.
